HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.005-75~RCH, 1975 RESOLUTION NO. 5 (Series of 1975) ASPEN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION EXEMPTION FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Kenneth M. Ferrin has made application for an exemption from the definition of subdivision regula- tions pursant to Section 20-10 (c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, Colorado, and WHEREAS, of an existing duplex on east 8.99 feet of Lot ~, already platted lot and the request is to allow the condominization Lots N and O, Block 65, except the City and Townsite of Aspen, an block, and WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed said request and that the design requirements of Section 20-7 of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, Colorado have been met, and WHEREAS, off-street parking spaces and to remove his parking request of the City, the applicant has agreed to provide four accessed from the alley of Block 65 from the front of his building upon NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission exempts said duplex on Lots N and O, Block 65, except the east 8.99 feet of Lot O, City and Townsite of Aspen from the definition of subdivision.
