HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.006-74June, 1974 ASPEN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION WOERNDLE REZONING REQUEST WHEREAS, and Ilse Woerndle for rezoning of a tract of as follows: Blk. 18, avenues, application has been made by Anton land described Riverside Addition and contiguous streets and alleys - part of River- side Placer Mineral Survey No. 3905 A.M. in Sec. 18 T 10S R 84 W 6th P.M. and consisting of approximately 140,971 square feet, and WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed said request for rezoning to R-15 PUD for its conformity with land use requirements of the subject property, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission finds reauested R-15, PUD zoning to be an appropriate zone designation for the property, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends to the Aspen City Council adoption of R-15, PUD zoning for the above described Woerndle property. ~ n~ntg / Zonin~ ommission an Dated thisc~z~ day of , 1974.
