W~REAS, a request has been made for an from the definition of a subdivision under subdivision regulation to permit Richardson and Lynette G. Richsrdson to divide into two undivided interests, retaining one interest and offering the other for sale, a duplex on Lot 16, Snov~unny Subdivision, City of Aspen, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the property contains an existing duplex and is therefore developed to its full capacity in conformity with zoning for the district, and WI~REAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed said application and finds that the design require- ments of 20-7 of the subdivision regulation are fulfilled, NOW THEREFOFd{ BE IT RESOLVED, that the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission finds said Lot 16, Snowbunny Subdivision, being divided into condominium interests, to be exempt from the definition of subdivision. · / .
