HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.apz.010-70RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS LEAVES RESOLUTION OF CITY OF ASPEN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of Aspen has annexed to the City of Aspen the following described real property: Beginning at Corner 2 Molly Gibson MS #4281; thence S. 34°17' E. 38.20'; thence S. 45°30' W. 17.21'; thence N. 45° 00' W. 111.00'; thence So 35° 35' W. 134.10'; thence N. 25° 38' E. 155.00'; thence N. 25°48' E. 138.02'; thence N. 66°37' W. 142.37'; thence N. 23° 15' E. 144.50'; thence S. 66o09' E. 311.85'; thence S.37° 48' 15" W. 317.81' to place of beginning. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed zoning for the newly annexed area in light of the Aspen Area General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning and Commission Commission reco=m~end to the City Council of the City of Aspen that the above described property annexed to the City of Aspen be zoned as follows: Ail of the above described property lying Northerly of Gibson Avenue be zoned Residential-multiple family (R-MF); Ail of the above described property lying Southerly of Gibson Avenue be zoned Residential (R-6); Ail of that portion of the above described property being within Garish Park is hereby zoned Park - (P).
