Please make the following modifications to the proposed plat:
Sheet 1: Include Vicinity Map.
Sheet 1: Add the width of the alley ROW.
Sheet 1: Identify the box labeled "XFMR" that is located in parking
space #7.
Sheet 1: Eliminate parking space # 7 behind the building. It does not
meet City dimensional requirements in that parked cars aren't allowed
to encroach into the alley ROW.
Sheet 2: Add the following language: Sheet 2 of 2, 730 East Durant
Condominium Map.
Sheet 2: On the parking garage floor plan, label each of the storage
areas as either GCE or'LCE.
Sheet 2: Label each of the parking spots in the garage as either GCE
or LCE.
After making the above corrections, submit two (2) mylar copies
complete with the signatures for the Owner's Certificate, Surveyor's
Certificate and Title Certificate, accompanied by a recordation fee of
$21 (check payable to the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder). Staff
will obtain signatures of Community Development Director,
Community Development Engineer, and County Clerk and Recorder.
