The Aspen
Old Business:
The Aspen, formally the Applejack Lodge, review of addition
by Russ Pielstick, due to the time constraints in the
Growth Management competition, the discussion Of HPC
on the Applejack, now the Aspen, must be made before
Novemebr 8.
Attorney Gideon Kaufman and co-owner Randy Gold also
attended the meeting, Going over the plans again with
the memebrs, the part in question is the three units
built with a stilt effortthe reason behind this is not keep
the required parking spaces that is needed, the
change from the last meeting is that the units will
be 15 feet instead 29 feet from the other structure;
Terry End said this is only conceptual approval be given
here today,
Bill Drueding asked about the fence and the height of it,
and if the applicates knew the code about fences and
corner lots.
Mona Frost moved to give conceptual approval
to the Aspen, formally the Applejack Lodge as presented
by Russ ~ielstick, seconded by Connie Mc Crudden,
all in favor, motion carried.
Colette ~enne asked that the minutes reflect that
yesterday meeting that HPC approved of the changes in
Mc Doanlds request of the mechanical concealing wall,
from white stucco to cedar.
Meeting adjourned.
