said the only one who has gotten a sign permit is the Cookie Munchers
Cafe, and the awnings are a part of the building permit, but are also
a projecting sign, as far as the code, it was discused that the owner of
Paradise Bakery leases to the other shops, so would be responible for
the signage on the buildings, Bill Clark said he thought H~C should

There is four signs within a short span, and this cc~mittee never would

this up, and start over, the signs are not legal, and one of the awnings

Colette Penne said that she has gotten a lot of letters frc~
people asking that the name of the Street not be changed back to
Center Street, so maybe this should be dropped at this time,
there has been a legal publication in the Aspen Times, and if
the membe(s are willing get an historic sign and put "Center Street" underneath
Garmish Street, and that solves it all,
Meeting adjourned.
