Scale, material, and detail; Most building there was some
sort of banning for each level.
Larry Yaw took pictures of different buildings to show the committe~
determination and the banning, and how his new building would
fit in. Next ~arry Yaw brought forth drawings that showed
that there would be only two changes, narrowing the banning
and a soldier course to separate the first floor and the second
floor, and to have the material all brick instead of stucco.

Penne and stated that he was satisfied with the new design.
