Main Street and the construction of a new residential project
by Mark Danielsen for HBC Investment;
Mark Danielsen brought forth his revised model~stating as
before it was a 24 unit project, now becoming a 21 unit project,
which help cut down on the bulk and mass of the project before,
and all parking will be handled with the underground garage,
and open stairwell system~lowering the height of the buildings
and given more to open space effect.
Nick Pasquarella asked to go on record, and to restate, that
this project concept had been several victornians, then it has
become a contempary , 24 unitslnow a 21 unit project,
that is a mayor change;
Colette Penne said the one remark she had, was that this was a
24 unit project and this committee had said that the 24 units
and the co~temptary design was bulky, so HBC changed the
design by taking out 3 units to give them 21 units this is a
GMP housing employee project and 24 units are suppose to
be built. Mark Danielsen purposed to move 3 of the units
to a different project site where the free market units are.
it was explained that this committees input was for the
design only, if P&Z does not approve of the relocation of the
3 units~then HBC has to come back before this group , if the
members approve the design.
Asked comments from the public; Steve Buettow asked if the
alley way is a mayor acess, Mark Danielsen said yes, Main Street
