Bill Clark asked if the model or site plan had changed any from two weeks ago when Mark Danielsen came before this committee? Mark replied no, Mark went on to say that the mayor change on the plans had been a flip flop of buildings the one building was situated on the east side use to be on the west side and the removal of the 3 units, elemiate the closed stairwells and to open the stairwells, the height of the structual is 25 feet, and 24 parking undergrounds s~aces. Asked about the removal of the cabins on the site, Mark Danielsen replied as of now, the units are being rented on short term. Colette Penne reminded the members that this project has to go before the P&Z because P&Z approved a 24 unit employee housing project, and now they HBC is asking for approval of this 21 unit project and P&Z might and might not approve the idea of moving 3 of the units to another building site, so if P&Z doesnot approve th~se plans then HBC will have to come before this committee again with plans. The Pub].ic Hearing was closed. Mona Frost made a motion to except the proposal with conditions, one, that Colette mentioned, if the P&Z does not give their approval to this revised plan that HBC I~v. come back before the HPC.;and that this co~nittee prohibits the removal of any of the cabins on the site, until HBC comes back before this committee HPC for the final approval of when the cabins can be moved; and applies for a building permit; Georgeann Waggaman seconded, asked for, all in favor, aye 4, opposed 2, Nick Pasquarella, and Ricard Cicero; Motion carried.
