Present were Bill Clark,Mona Frost, Ricard Cicero, Gretchen Greenwood, Connie McCrudden, Colette Penne and Bill Drueing. Smith Building The final detail review for the Smith Building which was been approved and whet through GMP and the HPC before this date. Discussion took place as to what is reflected glass, which Don Ball wants to use on the building; Bill clark stated that the concenus of this committee is that the material for the glass for the new building is simi- opaque glass not reflecive in terms of HPC criteria. Brick will be all away around the building samples given to the Planning Department. A Motion to approve the final review for the Smith Building for the brick texture and color, the sky light and the detail on the east side the coated but non reflected glass by seconded by all in favor, motion carried. KIOSK Pitkin Co. Bank Takah Sushi Special Me,ting Mona Frost became acting chairperson Request for a KIOSK at the Pitkin County Bank, for the parking lot. Ted Mularz said this item did not have to go through growth management because it was a removal building and will take up only 16 square feet and is attaehed ~o the fence without a foundation, and the roof will be metal with dark brown paint, '~Ricard Cicero made the motion to approve the tempariary Kiosk for th Pitkin County Bank Gretchen Greenwood seconded, all in favor, motion carried. Bill Clark did not particpate in any discussion or vote on this matter before hpc board. Mona Frost step down and Bill Clark resumed the chair. Brad Lush for Takah Sushi came before this committee two weeks ago with his partner George Sells was as at the last minute asked bo come t6 this_meeting since~B~ad'Lush was not available for this meeting. The treatment was approved last meeting and before this committee today is the issue of the paint colors on the side of the building in l~eu of the ash siding and the fence and the fence in area; George Sells said the fence will be made of ash wood and iron; A motion was made to approve the existing paint c~lors that ~p~ron the west side of the purposed ash siding that has bqen approved at a; previous meeting by Mona Frost seconded by Gretchen §reenwood, all in favor, motion carried. Design details of the fence not the location or the placement will be decided at the special meeting Friday. Special Meeting Friday July 30 1982 1 year approval for the £ence of wood and iron with out the top rail of ash wood for Takah Sushi was so moved by Georgeann Waggaman, seconded by Mona Frost, all in favor, motion carried Meeting adjourned
