OLD BUSINESS Little Annie's Eating House Remodel - Public Hearing $ Final Approval Raul Gawrys, representative of Little Annie's Eating House, presented the plans for the remodel. He said the question on the windows of the enclosed porch had been about how many panes the windows would have. He said there would not be sixteen panes, but only twelve. Bill Clark had asked that some pictures be brought of what is there now. Gawrys showed the pictures and said they want to keep it looking that way as much as possible. Clark asked about the heaters that are on the top of the porch now. Gawrys said they would be replaced by skylights. Gawrys said the fenced in area will be solid, but during the summer, that will be the only difference. The colors will remain the same and the windows will swing back and up when the weather is warm. Ail of the windows will be square. John Hamwi, manager of Little Annie's, said the remodel will make the building look better and will help control the crowds. Bill Clark made a motion to approve the plans as shown. Mona Clark seconded the motion. Ail in favor, motion carried. Robin R. Berry, Deputy City Clerk
