Mayor's Office. Members present were Jon Seigle, Mona Frost, Gaard Moses, Jan Wirth, and Richard
Cicero. Staff representative was Jim Reents.
EPICURE:
The Epicure is proposihg an addition to the existing lot, which would
have employee housing. The general concensus is that the employee

public hearing has been set for the 28th of August.
PLAZA BUILDING:
Tom Dusterberg, representing Bert Bidwell, stated that they would like
to expand their building into the alley way. It would have a conventional
door and the brick would match the existing brick. The committee found
no problems with this proposal. A public hearing has been set for the
28th of August meeting.
ASPEN LEAF:
Aspen Leaf is located on the corners of Mill and Cooper Streets. They
are proposing a second floor addition. They will have a public hearing
conditional upon the August 14th meeting.

Sandy Herron asked that the house on 633 Main Street be designated
historic reasoning being that she would like to place an art museum
there. Seigle told her to come back at their next regular meeting.

worn and he wanted to repaint it with new words. The committee saw no
problem with it. Seigle moved to approve the repainting of the sign.
