Galena Street Aspen, Co. 81611 Dear Members: The Aspen Historical Society has been participating in the Design Workshop's study of the Marolt property and, as a result, we are continuing to pursue the acquisition of the Marolt Barn for the purpose of restoring it and using it for our. Ranching Museum. Attached is a packet of information containing the original history, our specific plans and estimated costs for initial restoration of the buildings. We would request that you give us your approval in this step of obtaining acquisition of the Marolt Barn and the 1.9 acre site as listed in the study information by the Design Workshop.
