On October 6`t', 2017 we were informed by Charles Cunniffe Architects that the City of Aspen would like to add bollards to the landscaping on the south side of the site. The new landscaping plan removes and adds benches, changes the extents of the hardscaped areas, adds trees and makes other minor revisions. These changes will require us to make edits to the site plan and grading and drainage plan for the proposed Aspen Police Department. Based on the landscape plan received by SGM from Charles Cunniffe Architects on October 6'n, 2017, we estimate the total cost of these additional services to be$2,250. This estimate does not include any revisions to the drainage report, structural design or major variances from the landscape plan mentioned above. No revisions to the drainage report are being made because the changes to the impervious areas will not affect drainage patterns, peak runoffs or water quality. The new trees will require approximately 20' of storm pipe to be rerouted and may require one inlet to be relocated. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can provide any additional information.
