After thorough discussion between Alan of the Planning Department
and Planning & zoning Commission:
MOTION
Roger: In compliance with the City Council Resolution 87-9
exempting projects which have received final PUD approval the
Agate/Victor ia Square project is exempt from the provisions of
Section 1, 2 & 5 because the issues addressed in the Comm-
ission I s del iberations of that PUD approval have included the
consideration of the area, bulk, site coverage and setbacks--the

This is to change the wording in the "Be it resolved".

MOTION
Roger: I will move to adopt Resolution 87-9 as amended to be
signed by the Chairman as soon as put into smooth form and after
checking for all the proper amendments in order to get it to the
City Council by their next meeting which is November 9, 1987.
Michael seconded the motion with all in favor except Jim Colombo.
Jim: I would like to put into the r ecor d the reason I voted
against this. I agree with what Alan has done. I think we are
right on course. I feel we are too conservative on the site
coverage. Otherwise I agree with Alan's approach. I think he
has done a great job on it and I would have voted for it other-
wise.
Meeting was adjourned. Time was 6:15.
