Amend title to read as follows: "First Amended Plat of Lot 9, Maroon 1 Creek Club Subdivision/PUD". 2. Include Vicinity Map. - 3. Indicate on Plat the amount of area being removed from the building envelope and the amount of area being added to the building envelope so that we may verify that the amount being removed is at least equal &/ to the amount being added. 4. Label existing building envelope as "original building envelope" anci~ label proposed envelope as "amended building envelope". 5.
