available to the public,
Stewart
Attorney/referred to the Fire Station and the advisability of~the meeting with
Council, so that some form of agreement could be reached covering division of ex-
penses. He said any agreement should cover the City as an entity, and the outlying
area, and it should include the responsibility of the District to each area. He
suggested including the following:
1. Protection - distribution of vehicles.
2. Fire Station - title is in City - Fire District has put up
$3,500.00 in cash.
3. Need for new truck to replace old one in about two years.

be followed up.

like to be~ present to present his problems.

Board members for the second Tuesday in August. He said the Board should meet at
least once a month.
Discussed - setting aside funds for new equipment.
Filing a map of the Fire lstrlct with the City Clerk.
Setting up budget.
Dave Stapleton was present and inquired about additional hose for the fire
truck. He said the Mountain States Inspection Bureau sets the fire premium rates
and the rates for the adjacent area are higher than those within the corporate
limits of the City. He is working to bring all the area between the east and west
bridges, the motntain and the river under one rate, and this can be done if the fire
hose is extended to 1000 ft. which means purchasing about 300 ft. of 2½ inch hose.
Mr. Clymer will determine just how much more hose is required and inform the Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM.
