Mr. Humphrey, City Administrator was present. Councilman Beyer acted as chaiz'man. ~-~ Lease- sub- Mr. Honold of the Public Service Company was present, and the lease for the station sub-station at the power plant site was discussed - accurate description of property is required. Mr. Honold said Public Service Go. will present for~nal lease and a metes and bounds description of the property at the regular meeting of December 16. Leasing fee to be considered at that meeting. Transformers piscussed -purchase of transformers by Public Service Company, and they will prepare purchase order for consideration at the December 16 meeting. poles Discussed -"junked" poles that Mountain States Telephone Company wants to buy - Council approved selling them. Wagner Park Discussed- Wagner Park maintenance - refer at next ~egular meeting - approval for contribution of $1000 and billing for maintenance. Christmas Discussed- Christmas bonus for City employees, and a motion was made by Councilman Bonus. Newell, seconded by Councilman~Melville, to pay a Christmas bonus of $25.00 to employees having over six months of service, and $10.00 to employees with less thRn six months service. Motion carried, and to be confirmed at next regular meeting. Rejected ap- The Clerk referred letter from State Liquor Licensing Authority suggesting plication that the rejected application of Gary Worthington, with ~ertinent papers, be ~e- Fondue House. turned to him, and Council concurred in this. waterline Discussed- statement from Dr. Barnard for cost of waterline - it was suggested Dr. Barnard. that a letter be obtained from Snyder - or that he be asked to come to Council meeting regarding this matter. scrap material Discussed - disposal of scrapped material- it was decided that the copper should be sold in bulk for cash. -' Speed governors. Mr. Humphrey read a letter from a Museum Association requesting old literature on s~eed governors commercial printed material Council felt that, as this is of no value to the City and it will se~ve'a purpose in the museum - it may be sent to them.
