Gibson. Mayor Pabst opened the meeting at 3:45 P.M.. Present were Councilmen Barnard,
Kuster and McEachern, City Treasurer Lum, City Attorney Balcomb and City Adminis-

Also present were liqour law enforcement/Roger Walker, and City policemen,
Acting Chief Ricks and Marshal Sturgeon; and A~ttorney 3ack Kane representing
James Blanning, who, Kane said, had understood there was to be a postponement
and was out of town. Mr. Kane said they want to have a court re~rter at the
hearing. Brief discussion covered - that hearing had been caTled at request
of Mr. Walker, because Blanning is not serving food at the Molly Gibson as re-
quired by the State Liquor Code.
A motion was' then made by Councilman McEachern, seconded by Councilman
Ba~nard, that the hearing on the Molly Gibson is to be postponed until ll A. ~.
Friday, Feb~a~ 14, 1964, as requested by Attorney Kane acting for 3ames Bla~ing.
Motion carried with all Councilmen voting "aye".
Meeting adjourned upon motion at 4:05 PM.
