Mayor Pabst opened the hearing at 8:'20 P. M. ' Present were Councilmen Barnard, HEARING
~cEachern and Stapleton, City Attorney Balcomb and City Administrator Kerrigan.
The Mayor referred to the Employee R~stration Ordinance - No. 2, Series of 1965, TRANSIENT
and called for comments from the floor. EMPLOYEE
REGISTRATION
Of the thirteen who attended the hearing, one person supported the Ordinance. ORDINANCE
George Madsen, Assistant Editor of the Aspen Times said the Chamber of Commerce
had been in favor of this ordinance for over a year.
Bruce Lindquist,P~ter Guy, Bob Sommers, Waddy Catchings, Georgia Leighton, Joe
Miller, Peter Luhn, Scott Dalton, expressed opposition to the Ordinance. Of those
present, eight persons are eli~gible to vote.

The hearing was adjourned at 9:15 PM, upon motion by Councilman Stapleton~
