Meeting was called to order by Mayor Eve Homeyer at 9:30 a.m., City Council Chambers with
Councilmen Edwin Vare, Ross Griffin, Jack Walls, City Attorney Albert Kern and City Manager
Leon Wurl.
Bond RESOLUTION #6, SERIES OF 1971 - Conncilm~n Griffin moved to read Resolution #6, Series ~f
Proceedings 1971. Seconded by Councilm~n Vare. Roll call vote - Coundilmen Vare aye; Griffin aye;
Resolution Walls aye; Mayor Homeyer aye. Motion carried.
#6, 1971
City Clerk read Resolution #6, Series of 1971 calling for bids on the sale of bonds in the
amount of g3,700,000 dated April 1, 1971.'(See Resolution on file in the office of the
City Clerk)
Councilman Walls moved to adopt Resolution #6, Series of 1971 as read. Seconded by Council-
man Griffin. Roll call vote - Councilmen Vare aye; Griffin aye; Walls aye; Mayor Homeyer
aye. Motion carried.
Rubey Park Rubey Pa=k- Final plan and costs'were submitted, design by Herb Bartel, Hank Pedersen and
Irv Shechter.
Councilman Griffin moved to adopt the plan and budget as submitted. Seconded by Councilman
Walls.
Manager Wurl reported th~ preliminary estimate of cost would be S4200.00.
Roll call vote - Councilmen Vare aye; Walls aye; Griffin aye; Mayor Homeyer aye. Motion
carried.
Councilman Griffin moved to reconvene in special session'and to adjourn.'Seconded by
Councilman Walls. Ail in favor, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
