Apparently the applicant made interior improvements to the property in 1991 and never amended the plat to reflect these changes. The applicant is now in the process of selling the property and is making sure the legal record reflects the actual property. I have referred this application to the Engineering Department and the applicant has responded to the suggested modifications to the draft plat. The application is consistent with an insubstantial amendment to a subdivision order pursuant to Section 26.88.060 and there are no other land use issues involved. Staff recommends that the Community Development Director approve this insubstantial amendment with no conditions.
