On behalf of Health Care for Women, Martha Pickett has applied for an insubstantial plat
amendment for the Little Jewel Condominium #1. Apparently the applicant made interior
improvements to the property in 1991 and never amended the plat to reflect these
changes. The applicant is now in the process of selling the property and is making sure
the legal record reflects the actual property. I have referred this application to the
Engineering Department and the applicant has responded to the suggested modifications
to the draft plat. The application is consistent with an insubstantial amendment to a
subdivision order pursuant to Section 26.88.060 and there are no other land use issues
involved.
Staff recommends that the Community Development Director approve this insubstantial
amendment with no conditions.

CITY OF ASPEN (hereinafter CITY) and Health Care for Women, a Salinas Medical
(hereinafter APPLICANT) AGREE AS FOllOWS: Ccrp. Money Purchase pensicn Plan
1. - APPLICANT has submitted to CITY an application for
an insubstantial plat amendment tc the Little Jewel Condominium Plat
(hereinafter, THE PROJECT).
2. APPLICANT understands and agrees that City ,)f .-\spen Ordinance
No. 53 (Series of 1995) establishes a fee structure ror Planning applications and
the payment of all processing fees is a condition precedent to a determination of
application completeness.
3. APPLICANT and CITY agree that because of the size. nature or
scope of the proposed project. it is- not -possible at this time to ascertain the full
extent of the costs involved in processing the applic:ltion. APPLICANT and
CITY further agree that it is in the interest of the parties [0 allow APPLICANT
to make payment of an initial deposit and to thereafter permit additional costs to
be billed to APPLICANT on a monthly basis. APPLICANT aiZrees he will be
benefited by retaining greater cash liquidity and will make add~ional payments
upon notification by the CITY when they are necessary ::lS costs are incurred.
