Galena Aspen, C.O. 81611 Dear Leslie, 05/05/89 MAY -- 5 The Brown residence at 285 Spring St. on Oklahoma Flats, consists of a small single family residence situated near the Roaring Fork river. The project consists of changing the A -frame living room by adding a dormer to provide more light and create an open feeling. The dormer will not add any floor area. We will not disturb any vegetation. The dormer is on the second floor and so has no relationship to the 100 year flood plain. We are asking for an exemption from stream margin review because the ''project'' is very minor in scope and will have ab- solutely NO impact on the surrounding enviorment.
