The standards for a condominium plat are those of a subdivision with the added details of describing the units in 3-D space and identifying the elements associated with particular units and shared in common among multiple units. A. Plat Notes: Replace italics with specific information, names, dates, etc. and fill in blanks before returning plat for review. Delete quotation marks around notes before inserting the notes in the plat. 1.
