Dear Leslie:
Pursuant to our previous telephone conversation regarding the new
one-step process for condominiumization, please consider this letter a
formal application for condominiumization of Katie Reed Plaza, a
three-level condominium containing ten commercial units, and two (2)
deed-restricted residential units, situated on Lots A, B, and C, Block
81, City and Townsite of Aspen, Pitkin county, Colorado. Enclosed
please find an Authorization to Submit Land Use Application signed by
Larry J. Brooks, on behalf of Aspen Arcade Limited, two (2) copies of
the Condominium Map, a copy of the draft Condominium Declaration, and
our check in the amount of $207.00 for the application fee.

AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT LAND USE APPLICATION
The undersigned General Partner of ASPEN ARCADE, LTD., a
Colorado limited partnership, as the owner of certain real
property situated in Pitkin County, Colorado, and described as
Lots A, B, and C, Block 81, City and Townsite of Aspen, hereby
authorizes the Law Offices of Gideon I. Kaufman, P.C. to prepare
and submit to the City of Aspen all land use applications and
related documents required to condominiumize the building located
on said property.
