MEMORANDUM TO: Aspen City Council FROM: Richard Grice, Planning Office RE: Grace Paul Condominium Amended Plat - SUbdivi,ion August 22, 1983 APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~:M~ DATE: The attached letter of application requests exempti ivision for some minor amendments to the Grace Paul Condomi um plat. Amend- ments on the plat include the basements of the respective units, redefinition of the status of the yard areas as limited elements, and further delineation of the parking areas. These revisions to the plat were accomplished in cooperation with the City Engineering Department. The Engineering Department has no further needs or requirements for revision and is in possession of the amended mylars. The City Attorney had no comments or objections. Amendments on the plat include the basements of the respective units, redefinition of the status of the yard areas as limited elements, and further delineating the parking areas. Since we have worked with Mr. Oliver on this plat for some time, we have no further needs or requirements for revision. The mylars are already in our possession for recordation. JH/co <'"-. ...,.....
