The attached letter of application requests exempti ivision
for some minor amendments to the Grace Paul Condomi um plat. Amend-
ments on the plat include the basements of the respective units,
redefinition of the status of the yard areas as limited elements, and
further delineation of the parking areas.
These revisions to the plat were accomplished in cooperation with
the City Engineering Department. The Engineering Department has no
further needs or requirements for revision and is in possession
of the amended mylars.
The City Attorney had no comments or objections.
The Planning Office recommends that you approve the Grace Paul Condo-
minium Subdivision Exemption with the following motion:
"Move to approve Subdivision Exemption for amendment to the
Grace Paul Condominium plat."

Grace-Paul Condominiums Amended Plat
As you are probably aware, this amended plat has been resubmitted
by Mick Oliver since a recent regulatory reduction went into
effect allowing relatively simple amendments to be expedited
through Council.
Amendments on the plat include the basements of the respective
units, redefinition of the status of the yard areas as limited
elements, and further delineating the parking areas. Since
we have worked with Mr. Oliver on this plat for some time, we
have no further needs or requirements for revision. The mylars
are already in our possession for recordation.
