This is to inform you that the Planning Office has completed its
preliminary review of the captioned application. We have
determined that your application IS NOT complete. Although the
application in incomplete it has been scheduled for a public
hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on December
13, 1988 at 4:30 am.
Following is a list of the items we require to complete the
application:
