appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and

interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors, either in
law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with
the aereditaments and appurtenances.

heirs, executors, and administrators, do covenant, grant,

assigns that, at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, they are well seized of the premises above conveyed,
have good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate of

or intersect the premises hereby granted as reserved in United

3. Easements for utilities or other purposes as shown on
the Plat of Snowbunny Subdivision recorded as Document No. 105066
and easements for utilities as reserved in Paragraph No. 6 of
instrument recorded in Book 181 at Page 255 of the records of
Pitkin County, Colorado.
4. Conditions and obligations imposed upon subject property
by Declaration of Trust recorded in Book 184 at Page 435 of the
records of Pitkin County, Colorado.
5. Terms, conditions, obligations and restrictions as
forth in the Condominium Declaration for 810 Cemetery Lane
Condominiums recorded April 27, 1979 in Book 367 at Page 435

The Grantors shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the
above -bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of
the Grantee, his successors and assigns, against all and every
person or persons lawfully claiming the whole or any part
thereof. The singular number shall include the plural, the
