Department's Comments
Please make the following modifications to the proposed plat:
1. Include a vicinity map.
2. Fill in the other 2 posted addresses on the site in the legends and notes
section of the plat and label the buildings with the addresses.
3. Show location of driveways so that we may determine if access
easements are necessary.
4. Change City Engineer's signature block to Community Development
Engineer's signature block.
5. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting two (2) mylar
copies to the Community Development Department. A recording fee
of $11 is due upon submittal of the mylars. Please also submit a
check for $487 (made out to the City of Aspen) for review of the plat.
