2. Include signature block for the Community Development Director in
addition to the Community Development Engineer's signature block
that is currently on the plat.
3. Change sheet index to indicate "Page 1 of 1" rather than "Page l of
2".
4. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting mylars to
Community Development Department. A recording fee of $11 is due
upon submittal of the mylars.
