RE: MacArthur Condominium Replat

The City Manager's Office has asked that the Planning Office
expedite the review of this application to facilitate the eventual
sale of the unit owned by Rob McClung.
The applicant requests subdivision exception for the purposes of
recording a plat of the condominium units as they have been built.
The Planning Office recommends that this application be reviewed by
Council as per Ordinance 16, Series of 1983, permitting its final
approval by Council without a prior P &Z recommendation.
The Planning Office finds no issues of land use or other planning
policy significance associated with this request.
The City Attorney has no problem with this request, provided the
applicant can satisfy the requirements of the title insurance
company. The Engineering Department informs us that these requirements
are presently being met.
The reviewing engineer has, in the attached memo, identified various
minor deficiencies in the plat as drawn. It is therefore appro-
priate to condition your approval on the satisfaction of these
requirements.
The Planning Office recommends your approval of this application as
per the following motion:
"Move to grant subdivision exception for the purposes of
replatting the MacArthur Condominiums, subject to the appli-
cant complying with the conditions outlined in Jay Hammond's
memo dated July 25, 1983."

RE: McArthur Condominiums
Having reviewed the above application, and made a
site inspection, the Engineering Department has the
following comments:
This amended plat is being recorded to reflect
the as -built condition of the duplex at 705/707 Cemetery
Lane. Prior to recordation, we would suggest the following
revisions to the plat:
1. Title as "Amended" Condominium Map and
either include the book and page of the original plat
or reference the "note" contained in the text.
2. Obtain the signature and seal of the
surveyor and the signatures of the owners.
3. Indicate whether monumentation on the
parcel includes caps with L.S. numbers.
4. The plat should show parking on the
site.
5. The pond adjacent tothe irrigation
ditch should be shown.
6. The surveyor should complete the sheet
index.
