of expansion is less than 250 square feet and will be used for
cqvered storage and delivery purposes and not commercial purpoaes,
I approve this request as a one time only expansion exempt from
the growth management system. You are hereby authorized to proceed
to building permit review.

Ave., Lot E, Block 95. Zone ce, City of Aspen, Colorado, be
allowed to Ildd an area of enClosed space for storage and delivery
purposes equal to 231.1 square feet at the rear of the building.
These additions are shown in graphic form in the accompanying
drawings.
