The Airport Steering Committee stated they have obtained a spot on the Committee for a City Planning and Zoning member. Al Blomquist said regarding the busway connection, this Committee should be informed. Perry Harvey moved to table this application until the April 7th Planning and Zoning meeting. Jasmine seconded. All in favor with the exception of Roger. The motion is carried. Alan Richman, Planning Office, said the City Council adopted Ordinance 50, series of 1980, January 26,1981, on second reading. The Planning and Zoning agreed on the following changes: Under #1; the word "unlimited" is deleted, #2 shall read as follows; "In all zones: deed restriction to employee rental price guidelines and against commercial rental or sale, the employee units must be retained as a common element of lodge if lodge is to be condominiumized. #3 and #4 shall remain the same. #5 shall be added to read as follows: "The deed restricted units should be for lodge employee's only. Welton Anderson opened the Public Hearing. There were no public comments. Welton closed the Public Hearing, Roger Hunt made a motion for the Planning Office to draft a Resolution. Lee seconded. All in favor. The motion is carried. Welton Anderson asked for a motion to adopt Resolution 81-4 with the recommended changes. Lee Pardee so moved. Jasmine seconded. All in favor with the exception of Roger. The motion is carried. Alan Richman, Planning Office, stated this is a request from the applicant that the Planning and Zoning modify an original condition of approval of this application on February 3, 1981. The Planning and Zoning had required that a permanent C.O., including removal of this temporary decking, be accomplished before the application could be reviewed by City Council. The applicant is requesting that this first condition be modified to permit review by City Council at this time, (Further comments by the Planning Office can be found in their memo dated March 11, 1981. ) e"_._",,__. woods tone Lodge Appeal of Conditions (cont.) Perry Harvey moved to amend the Planning and Zoning's condition of approval of Soderling as follows: #1 shall change the word "permanent" to "temporaryll. Addition of #7 to read as follows: "That a sign be placed in front of the parking area at the South West corner of Durant and Galena to designate its use as parkin for the Woods tone Inn and Captain's Anchorage Restaurant," This condition should be part of the package that eventually goes to City Council for final plat approval of the condominiumization. Al seconded. All in favor. The motion is carried. Jack Johnson, Planning Office, stated this application is for subdivision exception and exemption. The location of the property is Lots A, B, C and D, Block 90, City and Townsite of Aspen. The current zoning is CC- Commercial Core. Following some discussion by the Commission. Lee Pardee moved to table this application to a date certain (for Preliminary Plat and Subdivision exception) being April 2, 1981. Roger seconded. All in favor. The motion is carried. Alan Richman, Planning Office, said this is an application requesting a subdivision exception for the purposes of adjusting a lot line. The location of the property is Lots 16 and 17, Shaw and WPW Subdivision. The current zoning is R-6 Residential. The Planning Office recommends approval of the applicant's request for subdivision exception for the purposes of lot line adjustment subject to the following conditions; 1. That the plat be drawn to the requirements of Scetion 20-15 of the Code "Final Plat-Contents" and be titled "Shaw and W.P.W. Subdivision, Revision for Lots 16 and 17", said revisions to be made prior to review of this application by City Council; and 2. that both parties agree to ]02n in an improvement district for curb, gutter and sidewalk if such a district is formed. Roger Hunt moved to recommend approval of the applicant's request for subdivision for the purpose of lot line adjustment subject to the above stated conditions. Perry seconded. All in favor.
