AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $287,000;
RECLASSIFYING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EXPENDITURES WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND OF $2,500; REVERSING A TRANSFER OF $95,000 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE 1985 G.O. STREET IMPROVEMENT DEBT SERVICE FUND;
APPROPRIATING LAND FUND EXPENDITURES OF $124,600; REDUCING 1985
G.O. STREET IMPROVEMENT DEBT SERVICE FUND EXPENDITURES OF $95,000;
REDUCING 1985 G.O. STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND REVENUE OF $700,000;
REDUCING 1985 G.O. STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND EXPENDITURES OF
$700,000; RECOGNIZING ELECTRIC FUND REVENUES OF $2,050,000;
APPROPRIATING ELECTRIC FUND EXPENSES OF $2,230,000; RECOGNIZING
GOLF COURSE FUND REVENUES OF $5,000; APPROPRIATING GOLF COURSE
FUND EXPENSES OF $5,000;
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation
in the General Fund; 1985 G.O. Street Improvement Debt Service
Fund; 1985 G.O. Street Improvement Fund; Electric Fund and Golf
Course Fund; and prior fund balances available for appropriation
in the General Fund and Land Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures, revenues and transfers must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund,
1985 G.O. Street Improvement Debt Service Fund, 1985 G.O. Street
Improvement Fund, Electric and Golf Course Fund, and prior fund
balance available for appropriation in the General Fund and Land
Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropriations
as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the

the City Council Chamber, Aspen City [~all, Aspen, Colorado.
