students start June 30th through August 20t . We have a bigger variety this

Cynthia Bye was not selected for the market. She presented her product and
asked to be on the reserve list. After much discussion etc. a motion was
made to put her on the reserve list. There are no openings for a full booth.
Booths are filled in January.
MOTION: Don made the motion to put Cynthia on the reserve list; second
by Shae. All in favor, motion carried.
Kathy said all food vendors need to identify what Colorado ingredients that
they are using in their product. All vendors that were accepted from last
year are encouraged to do new designs.
Discussion on CCLC board.
Terry said she has been through a lot of City Council's and a lot of history
has been passed down. CCLC members bring a wealth of knowledge to the
committee. In the beginning CCLC was very powerful. They worked hard
on HBO in order to keep them here. City council has been giving the board
less respect. Possibly we need to lobby more. We worked on the newspaper
racks, market, trash, alleys etc. Terry said we need to talk individually to
each council member and discuss the CCLC and get back on a good
relationship. We need to communicate with them. CCLC has shaped our
downtown. We need to change our attitude and work with city council.
