Regular Meeting Aspen Planning & Zoning March 25, 1969 Meeting was called to order by the Vice Chairman at q,:30 p.m. with the following members present: Vice Chairman Robin Mo1ny Francis Whitaker Dale Mars Absent: Mayor Robert Barnard - excused Councilman John Benninghoff - excused Yvan Tache - excused Chairman George Heneghan - excused Building Inspector Clay Meyring - present Vice Chairman Mo1ny stated a quorum was not present, therefore, theLitems'.' mentioned on the agenda would be considered at a special meeting to be called by the Chairman later in the week. Letter addressed to Chairman Heneghan was read by Vice Chairman Ho1ny from the firm of Sedway/Cooke, Urban & Regional Planner and Designers relating their interest in serving the City of Aspen as Planner. A proposal was submitted by Mr. Whitaker. (See attached). Whitaker moved to adjourn at 7:45 p.m., seconded by Mars.
