Report made by Building Review Committee
Roy Vroom, Block 79, West 1/2 of Lot ilL".
Motion was made by Benton to approve the addtion to
the existing office. Seconded by McEachern. Motion
carried.
Snow Eagle Lodge, Mr. Ben Smith, Block 111, Lots R& S.
A motion was made by Benton and seconded by McEaclE rn
to return the drawings, disapproved, due to insufficient
drawings. Motion carried.
Mr. Joel Hartmeister, Herron A:Pflrtments, Block 45, Lots A & B.
A motion was made by Benton and Seconded ;by McEBLchern
to approve the remodeling of a part of the apartments.
Motion carried.
Mr. Lee Bartlett, Block 35, East Aspen Addition, Lot A.
A motion was made by Benton and seconded by McEachern
to approve the drawing for the the addition to the existing
house. Motion carried.
Mr. Rod Bartlett, Block 91, Lots G, H, & I.
A motion was made by Benton seconded by McEachern to
approve the dr~wing for the additional building on the
site. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Benton and seconded by McEachern to send
to the City Attorney, the new parking ordinance to be put into
legal ordinance form prior to holding a public hearing on said
ordinance. Motion carried.
A motion was made by McEachern and seconded by Benton to send
to the tity Attorney, the new sign ordinance to be put into
a legal~ordinance form prior to holding a public hearing on
said ordinance. Motion carried.
A new subdivision plat was presented:
Baar Subdivision
SE1/4,NW1/4 Section 12
T 10 S, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian
Pitkin County Colorado
Land to be divided into two sections.
A motion was made by McEachern and seconded by Benton to Set
April 26th at 8:00 P.M. as the date for the Public Hearing
on the Ballr Subdivision, to be held in the City Council Cham-
bers. Motion carried.
A discussion followed about density controls by the same
people, Luke Anthony, Hans GrMger, Guy Drew. Meeting adjourned
