Meeting was called to order at 8(30 P.M.

Building Reviewl
UllrlAPartments, Block 30, Lots K,L,M,N and t O. Moved by Woodward
seconded by Benton that plans be approved. Motion carried..
Ski Vu Lodge - Request opinion from City Attorney on land use. A
permit was issued in 1956 for construction overlapping from "B" to
"T" with no parking requirements. New construc tion 18 proposed in T
Zone without parking. Does overlapping ownership exempt new construc-
tion from parking. Define "coverage", as it applies to B. Zone. Moved
by Walls, seconded by Woodward. Motion carried.
It was IIIOved by Benton that plans be returned to Building Inspeebor,
recol1llll8ndation that parking requirements for T zons are not IlI8t,
seconded by Woodward. Motion carried.
Vagabond Lodge Block 118, Lots P, Q, R, S. Moved by Whitaker; seconded
by Benton that existing sign proposed bo be replaced must conform to
sign regulations. Motion Carried.
Stairway on City Property for Hotel Jerome. Moved by Benton that
stairs and awning be approved, and reClllllllllend to City Council that
approval be granted, with a further recOllllllendation that the City require
insurance exempting City 'rom liability. Seconded by Whitaker. Motion
carried.
Flagpole for Bank of Aspen. Moved by Whitaker, Seconded by Benton,
recommended to City Council that flagpole be approved, and that the City
require insurance exempting City from liability.
Parking Collllllittee Report submitted. Much discussion and returned to
committee for further study.
