Building Review: Robin Molny-lots D & E, Block80 It was moved by Woodward that plans be approved, providing that a revised set of plans be submitted. Seconded by whitaker. Motion carried. Snowmass Land and Cattle Co. - lot D , E, and F West 25 ft of G in Block 70 - Recommendations te BuildinG Inspector: Rear yard setback is 5 feet instead of the 10 foot required. Moved by Benton,seconded by Woodward that plans be returned te Building Inspector, and not approved. Motion carried. Walls Building-lot N, Block 94 Chairman Walls disqualified himself. l4>commendation te Building Inspector: Plans not approved. Returned teThl.i:!,ding Inspector. Supplementary height regulations for all Zones. Repeal of Section 11-1-6 (j) and height limitation in B Zone. Also on reclassification of undedicated portion of Bleeker East of Mill.
