Addition discussed as far as drawings and parking, but nothing was decidedbecause drawings were not complete. Commission could not act on drawing because they were not complete and suggested that Hr. Thurston advise the Lodge to bring them back when completed. Coachlight ~alet: Building does not conform to setback on West. Committee counted 13 n~w units and 7 existing units. There should be 20 parking places and only 18 are shown on drawings. Plot plan is not acceptable in itiLpresent state Plot plan should be finished to scale. There is an over extension of the curb cut. Hr. Richard Lai moved that the discussion be tabled until Mr. Joe Burgert appears in person to discuss the situation. Motion was seconded and carried. No.II Discussion of Parking: The idea of parking by use and not by zone was discussed; everyone agreed that the idea weeds investigating. Jack Walls appointed a committee consisting of Jack Walls, Richard Lai, and Henry Thurston to study the parking regulations as thel' stand at the present time. The committee is to submit a recom- mendation for over all parking. No. III. Sign Ordinance: A committee of King Woodward and Henry Thurston was appointed by Jack "valls to submit a study for changing the existing sign ordinance. A motion was made by Richard Lai that March 16th be set aside for a Public Hearing to zone the area where the Dormez-vous is located. Seconded by Woodard and passed.
