Kerrigan, William MacEachern, Henry Thurston County-Edgar Stanton Discussion of Planning Consultants: 1. Frederiok Edmondson 2. Harmon, O'Donnell & Hensinger 3. Helland Associates 4. Elliot Noyes 5. Leo Daly interview interview interview interview interview Propose to start the interview on December 8th thru 12th, at 4: 30 P.M., each day. One hour allowed for each presentation, dates to be assigned to each consultant with provision for alternate date. Moved by Stanton, seconded by Lai. Motion carried. Moved that the City Engineer prepare a plan of existing and vacated streets and alleys suitable for adoption by the Collllllission as a Master Plan for streets in the City of Aspen. Moved by Whitaker, seconded by Walls, motion carried. The correot procedure to follow was discussed. It was agreed that the City Collllllission adopt a street plan and then adopt Sub-division Regulations. Special meeting will be held on December 15th to conduct regular business. Chairman Walls appointed a collllllittee of Walls and Thurston to review definiticns in Zoning Ordinance. Written report - Collllllittee on heights and setbacks - Lai and Whitaker - written report. Discussion on unrestricted Zone, reoommended that either parking requirements be adopted or the area rezoned to business. Discussion of subdivision regulations in County and City - Mr. Walls asked Mr. Stanton how the County subdivision regulations were prooeeding. Mr. Stanton said that oounty regulations are now being re-written by County Atty. Mr. Walls pointed out that County and City subdivision regulations have to be compatible. Mr. Stanton had an appointment with County Atty tomorrow and will report to Mr. Walls the progress being made. Discussion of curb cuts and street improvements. - Mr. Kerrigan reported that City will have an inverted curb with 8'0" gravel skirts on each side of paving.
