The members of this cClllllld.ttes are Fred Gl1ddon, Leon Wurl, and John DorelllUs. The cCllllllllttea heard Benedict e:xpla1D the idea tor development or a tract of land East of town, known ss the Old D1xon Ranch and a propoll8l for annexation or part of this ranch including the Hea" Entry property. Denadict's idea is gsnera~ to heve a residential development using the clustered lots concept, retaining large grsen areas within this proposed development. At the same time, along Highway 82, he caat_plated certain Halted tourist llIld business uses, which presenUT would not be permitted. The area he proposed to annex at the present time is comprisecl of approxi- IlII1te~ 50 acres.
