Michael Gsrrish. temporary chairman of the nanning Corr.mission, c'1nducted the meeting. Mr. Garrish made it clear to the group prosont that the purpoce of the meeting was to gather infor~tion respecting the problems of the Ctty of A~pen. and feeling as to those deserving priority, He explained personalities were not to onter into tho business of the meeting. At the request of ':I'. Gnrrlsh, Mr. Stewart, City Attorney, briefly explained the purposes of the Planning Commillsi'1u as definod by the City resolutions and the laws of Colorado. T~ereaftar, '''r.
