In view of the fact that McDonald's Corporation is re-configuring their space on the main floor, the existing bathrooms will no longer be available to McDonald's. Therefore, the Applicant requests the addition of a handicap accessible bathroom to the Southeast corner of the existing structure. This proposed addition reflects and is consistent with the character of the neighborhood. The materials to be used are consistent with the existing materials and the existing overhang will remain unchanged. If there is any additional information you may require, please contact me.
