Compatioility with designated historic structures and djacent parcels. here are no historic strucrures located on the subject rcel. With regards to adjacent parcels, every attempt has been made to integrate the new deck and doors into Pitkin Center in such a way as to appear as if they were part of the original design. As mentioned in the project description, where ever possible, materials matching those existing on Mitkin Center will be used. We feel this approach makes this addition compatible with the development on aojacent parcels. B. Consistent with neighborhood character.
