STATEMENT OF ZONING CHANGE
On the c2J3 day of April, 1973, the Council of
the City of Aspen, Colorado, zoned the following des-
cribed property to AR-l Planned Unit Development by
City Council Resolution No.~. The development of
the following described property shall be in accordance
with the Final Planned Unit Development Plan on file in
the office of the City Building Inspector.
The above referred to property is located in the
City of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, and
is described as follows:
A tract of land situated in the northwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 10 South,
Range 84 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
Pitkin County, Colorado.
Said tract being all of Lots 23, 24, and
42 and part of Lots 25, 43, and a portion
of that Lot or Block designated 120, Ute
Addition to the City of Aspen and a portion
of Lot 6 said Section 18, said tract being
more fully described as follows: '
Beginning at Corner No.1 of East Aspen
Townsite on line 1-2 of Aspen Townsite
whence Corner No.1 of said Aspen Townsite
bears S.28028'W. 150.50 feet; thence N.370
47' 34"W, 354.63 feet along the southwesterly
boundary of said Lots 23, 24, and 25; thence
N.49013'E. 152.30 feet along the westerly
boundary of said Lot 25; thence N.56024'lO"E.
3.13 feet;thence N.1900l'00"W. 106.62 feet to
the westerly boundary of said Lot 25; thence
N.47054'00"E. 124.73 feet to a point on the
northerly line of Lots K through S, Block 120,
City of Aspen; thence S.75009'1l"E. 264.99
feet along said northerly line to a point on
the westerly line of said Lot 43; thence
N.15046'00"E. 30.43 feet along said westerly
line to a point which is N.1S046'00"E.81.50
feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 43;
thence S.550l5'55"E. 55.77 feet to a point on
the easterly line of said Lot 43, said point
being S.28028'00"W. 100.00 feet from the
northeast corner of said Lot 43 and being on
line 1-2 of said Aspen Townsite; thence
N.28028'OO"E. 8.79 feet along line 1-2 of
said Aspen Townsite to a point on the southerly
line of Lots A through F, Block 41, East Aspen
Townsite,extended northwesterly; thence S.750

to the northwest corner of Lot 4, Calderwood
