Mayor Richards called the continued meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. with
Councilmembers Hershey, McCabe, Markalunas and Paulson present.
Councilman McCabe moved to go into executive session to discuss
personnel issues; seconded by Councilman Hershey. All in favor, motion
carried.
Councilman Markalunas moved to come out of executive session at 9:55
a.m.; seconded by Councilman Hershey. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Markalunas moved to adjourn at 9:57 a.m.; seconded by
Councilman McCabe. All in favor, motion carried.
