• Approve minutes from previous meeting
• Consider capacity questions and ideas
• Understand infant-toddler funding
• Agree to planning for Kids First Advisory Board involvement with program directors

11:30 AM Call to Order, Approval of minutes from March - April 2018
11:40 AM Capacity expansion questions based on feasibility work
1. How does Kids First feel about funding a different level of quality?
2. Should we be funding wider or deeper?
12:15 PM Infant-toddler funding thoughts about changes 2019
12:30 PM Planning for director participation and site visits – proposed calendar
• Visit my program: Woody Creek Kids, Aspen Mountain Tots, Wildwood, Little Red Schoolhouse,
Early Learning Center, Growing Years, Rhoda – home care.
• Come to Kids First Advisory Board meeting: Aspen Country Day, Early Learning Center, Playgroup,
Aspen Mountain Tots; one a month, have them choose Aug-Nov?
• Kids First Advisory Board members come to director meeting: Wildwood, Aspen School District,
1:00 PM Future agenda items, adjourn meeting
