Your telephone request was brought before the Planning and
Zoning Commission at its December 13th meeting. A copy of
the minutes indicating the action of the Con!mission is en-
closed.
The document which you submitted was considered by the Com-
mission as a preliminary subdivision, and since it is titled
as a rep1at, and also not signed by you, it is not in proper
state for a formal signature of approval. I believe that
you would be well advised to follow the procedure under the
City of Aspen Subdivision Regulations, and that by so doing,
you will expedite the completion of your subdivision.

Gentlemen:
According to the procedure set forth in the City of Aspen
Subdivision Regulations, any tract of land divided into
two or more lots must be divided in accordance with said
Subdivision Regulation for the City of Aspen.
This form, with attached copy of the plat is provided so
that each utility company may inspect the plat and the
site, making comments, concerning the placement of ease-
ments, etc., and where necessary sketching recommended
alterations on a copy of the plat.
This form and the accompanying copy of the plat must be
returned to the City of Aspen Planning and Zoning Com-
mission no later than seven (7) days from the above date.

At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning
and Zoning Commission held on July 25th, 1966 a
motion was made, seconded and passed that the
Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to the City
Council that the Sunny Park Subdivision and Sunny
Park North Subdivision be zoned R_15 ~ding a major
street plan and an agreement with the County Planning
and Zoning Commission on the zo~ngof the adjacent
area.
